With the help of the screw (or plunger) thrust, get the plastic which has been plasticized melt state (that is, viscous flow state) inject into the closed mold cavity, and then get plastic products after solidification & shaping.

Injection molding is a cyclic process, each cycle mainly includes: quantitative feeding -- melt plasticization -- pressure injection -- mold filling and cooling -- mold opening and taking products.

Take out the plastic parts and then close the mold again to carry out the next cycle.
