There are two kinds of raw materials commonly used in plastic string lock/seal tag:

1. PS (polystyrene) material,injection temperature is 180-220 ° C

2. PP (polypropylene) material, injection temperature is 160-220 ° C .

The square nozzles can be recycled many times. Finally, the material will be used as black miscellaneous materials, but the plastic properties will be degraded.So the foil stamping on the seal tag will fade when it’s damp if with too many black miscellaneous materials.
