The manipulator is composed of string frame, movable clip, fixed clip, nozzle clip, cutting part, product clip and conveyor belt. Each part functions are as follows:

1) string frame: put the strings on the string frame and arrange them neatly to ensure the tightness of each string. It’s also equipped with broken string protection to ensure that every seal tag is with string.

2) movable clip: pull the seal tag product out of the mold and make sure the rope length of each seal tag is the same.

3) fixing clip: after the movable clip pulls the product out of the mold, the fixing clip is clamped at the other end to secure both ends of the seal tag rope.

4) nozzle clamp: disengage the auxiliary feeding port during granulation molding.

5) cutting part: the first mold and the second mold head and tail are connected due to the existence of the rope, and the rope is cut by the cutter to separate the first mold finished product.

6) product clip: send the finished products to the conveyor belt.

7) conveyor belt: send the products from the inside of the machine to the outside of the machine for workers to pack the products.
