Generally, the commonly used string for seal tags / string lock are: polyester string, nylon string, human silk string, hemp string, cotton string, paper string, ribbon, metal wire and so on.The string of these materials, which one is the best and what are the advantages of each?

1. Polyester ropes are most widely used because of their good strength, not easy to fluff, not easy to bend, good color fastness and so on.

2. Nylon and human wire strings are used more in the early production of granules, but they are now less used because they are easily deformed or fluffy.

3. Other kinds of hanging strings, sometimes designers will choose according to the style. However, the materials of hemp string, cotton string and paper string have several fatal disadvantages.Because it is a natural plant material, and each batch of blanks will have problems such as chromatic aberration, and more or less impurities and fuzzing. And color is not easy to be uniform and color fastness is poor. In order to compensate for the color fastness, it is usually protected by waxing (commonly known as wax rope), which can improve the color fastness and the hair pressure to a certain extent. Therefore, these three materials are not recommended for seal tag (string lock) that require a high degree of consistency.
