1.An empty barrel transfer test machine should be performed before use. Before the test machine should be checked the solidity of all the connections of the plastic mixer, the amount of lubricating oil in the reducer and the integrity of the electrical equipment, and then close the main unit. Switch on, turn on the power, and perform the empty barrel test machine (note the direction of operation).

2.The plastic mixer can only be put into production when no abnormal sounds of the machine, high heat in the bearing gear, and the temperature rise of the reducer are found.

3. If the bucket wall material of the scraper is needed during operation, bamboo and wooden tools should not be used to avoid injury to the hand.

4. If the machine is found to be vibrating abnormally or making abnormal strange sounds during use, immediately stop the plastic mixer for a comprehensive inspection.

5. Do not use the load too much. Generally, the load of the motor is used to measure the heavy load current of the 380V motor when mixing plastics. It is normal to not exceed 6 amps. If the load is exceeded, the mixing capacity should be reduced immediately.

6. The shaft seals at both ends of the mixing paddle should be kept clean to avoid blackening and deterioration of the plastic. Square holes should be left on the outer side of the two ends of the mixing barrel. They should be unobstructed. Do not block the plastic mixer to avoid counter-pressure. Make the dirt infiltrate the shaft and make the material in the barrel black and deteriorate.

7. Management personnel must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, control structure and operating principle of the plastic mixer. Do not leave the work place during operation to prevent failures and damage to the parts. It should be based on the premise of ensuring safe production.
