Hardness test: the hardness value of the cutting edge of wire cutters is 53-60hrc; The hardness values of the middle and tail holes are 30-45hrc. The hardness values of bolts, clamping plates and central shaft are 33-40hrc.

Roughness test: roughness Ra value of the cutter blade cant be greater than 1.6 m; The roughness Ra value of the second plane of the blade is not greater than 3.2 m; Roughness Ra value of the remaining cutting parts of the blade is not greater than 6.3 m.

Performance test: the assembly of wire cutters should be flexible, not too tight and loose. The shearing range, loading, life test and shearing test of wire cutters shall conform to the provisions of table 6-10-91.
