Since the raw materials are stationary, the hot air is difficult to penetrate, which makes the lower hot upper part of the dryer appear. Sometimes the raw materials are sintered due to local overheating. Blocking makes it more difficult for hot air to enter other areas, so it cannot achieve the expected drying effect.

The design of our machine is two-stage propeller conveying. The first stage feeds the raw materials into the barrel. The second stage then lifts the raw materials to the upper part of the barrel and scatters in an umbrella shape. The hot air flows from the center of the lower part of the barrel to It blows out all around and smoothly penetrates upward from the gap of the moving raw material, so that the raw material is fully heated under dynamic conditions.
Our machine has multi-functional features: As the raw materials are constantly tumbling in the barrel, the hot air is continuously transported from the center, thereby achieving the unified effect of mixing (color) and drying. If no drying is required, our machine can be set as a separate Mixing (color) working mode.
The drying barrel is double-layered (inner layer is stainless steel), with heat insulation materials sandwiched between it, thus achieving the effect of heat preservation and energy saving.
The inner barrel body and propellers, shafts, barrels, brackets, falling hoppers and discharge openings are all stainless materials.
Our machine provides the function of reversing the cleaning of the propeller, so that the raw materials on the propeller surface fall back to the bottom of the material cleaning port, which is convenient for the cleaning operation.
