1. The reducer is the main transmission structure of the mixer. It is located in the lower part of the barrel. It is installed in the base of the machine during operation. The shaft is hollow and equipped with fixed keys. It can freely install and remove the mixing paddle of the plastic mixer.

2. The barrel is three-dimensional, made of stainless steel, with a vertical stirring blade inside, which stands on the reducer.

3. The dumping reducer is located at the bottom. During operation, the motor belt drive worm installed in the frame drives the stirring blades in the mixing bucket to rotate clockwise to discharge the material at one time.

4. The base and the motor device are an integrated structure. The motor is installed at the lowest part of the bottom of the barrel. The motor directly drives the stirring blades to maintain the transmission force. 5. The box is used to control the movement of the machine. It is located on the right side. The transmission of the machine slot can be used to mold the "up" and "down" buttons of the color mixer.

Lubrication of plastic mixing parts should be filled with ZL-2 lithium-based grease for 1 ~ 3 months, and replaced once every 6 months.
