Injection Mould

The plastic material is added to the heating barrel of the injection machine. The plastic is heated and melted. It is driven by the screw or plunger of the injection machine and enters the mold cavity through the nozzle and the mold pouring system. It is hardened and shaped into an injection product due to physical and chemical effects. Injection molding consists of a cycle consisting of injection, holding pressure (cooling), and plastic part demolding. Therefore, injection molding has a cyclical characteristic. Thermoplastic injection molding has a short molding cycle, high production efficiency, and low wear on the mold by the melt. It can mass-mold plastic parts with complex shapes, clear surface patterns and marks, and high dimensional accuracy.
