(5) Pierce two core wires into the aluminum sleeve relatively, so that the two wire ends meet exactly in the middle of the aluminum sleeve.
(6) according to the thickness of the aluminum sleeve, select an appropriate wire mold and install it on the clamp. After tightening the positioning screw, insert the core wire with aluminum sleeve into the wire mold.
(7) align the aluminum sleeve, squeeze the clamp handle with force, and then press: first press the two pits at both ends, then press the two pits in the center, the pressure pit should be upward. After the end of the joint pressing, check the aluminum sleeve bending should not be greater than 2% of the pipe length, or it should be straightened with a wooden hammer; Aluminum sleeve should not have cracks; The wire outside the aluminum sleeve shall not have the appearance of "lantern" shape bulge or "cramp" shape irregularity.

(5) select the appropriate wire mold and press two pits on the front of the lug. First press the outer pit and then the inner pit. The two pits should be on the same line.
(6) wrap the insulating tape between the wiring ear and the wire stripping insulating layer (the insulating tape shall be wrapped from the wire insulating layer).
(7) brush away the oxide layer on the opposite side of the lug and evenly apply vaseline zinc powder.
(8) make the opposite side of the lug downward and put it on the screw of the lug head, then successively put on the plain washer and tension washer and fix them tightly with the nut.
